Complaint Options
How/where you file a complaint or initiate a formal process in most cases depends on
what agency of the PEI government your dealing with here are some of your options.

Before initiating contact remember to document everything (Screenshots, voice recordings etc.) These may come in useful later.

In cases of abuse Police should always be contacted to deal with the suspect who committed the initial abuse.
Note: There is potential for more options to file a complaint that aren't listed!

Child and Family Services
With Child and Family Services you may find very quickly they wont help you.
It is still useful to complain to them prior to escalating above them as it shows you've made efforts to work with them.

Key contacts within the department:
Michael Henthorn
(Personal experience leads me to recommend you SHOULD NOT trust Mr Henthorn)

Independant Options
These options are separate from the Government of Prince Edward Island and or specific agencies

Ombuds PEI
Ombuds PEI operates independently from the Government. And will act to ensure a fair solution!
The downside of using Ombuds is they cannot force the agency to do a single thing, That being said if they rule in your favour it looks good when/if escalating even further.
